From machines that learn on the floor, we reshape how industry works.

On Japan's production floors, setups and know-how live in people's heads and hands. As the workforce shrinks, that knowledge is lost with it.

So we don't bring in answers designed at a desk. We go to the factory, install real machines, and fix what doesn't work, one issue at a time. Our CNC lathe automation, tested on the shop floor since late 2025, is built on that work.

We handle everything from hardware to AI software so that a problem found on the floor can go straight back into the design.

Yuki Imamura

Born in Takamatsu, Kagawa, and raised in Kamakura, Kanagawa. Graduated in March 2021 from the Department of Applied Mechanics and Aerospace Engineering, School of Fundamental Science and Engineering, Waseda University. Started his first company as a student and helped launch several startups, while researching optimal control of renewable energy at university. After working at a space venture and other companies, he founded ZREK upon graduation.

Ryoma Eguchi

From Kamakura, Kanagawa. Graduated in March 2022 from the Department of Global Political Economy, School of Political Science and Economics, Waseda University. Joined NEC Corporation as a systems engineer, where he worked on core systems for financial institutions and on overseas sales support for an AI-based service that detects fraudulent financial transactions, before joining ZREK.
